Code of Conduct

  • Each student is issued an Identity card which she should carry always and shall produce whenever asked by college authorities. No student will be allowed to enter the college premises without the Identity card.
  • If a student makes a false declaration or conceales any information in the admission form, her admission to the college shall stands cancelled as soon as the false declaration or concealed information is detected.
  • Teaching will be carried out in a blended manner, through online teaching as well as offline teaching when normal conditions arrives for online teaching. The staff members are fully trained to use ICT and online teaching tools.
  • Every student should enroll herself and use Mata Gujri Learning Management system (MOODLE) for online teaching.
  • The misuse of Mobile/ Cell Phones is strictly PROHIBITED during classes. Those who are found guilty of using them will be punished with heavy fine. No complaint regarding loss of mobile will be entertained. A Student carrying mobile into the Examination hall shall be treated as a case of Unfair means.
  • Ragging an academic evil, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in any form in the college. If any student is found guilty of ragging or if any complaint is received against any student, then an offence of ragging may be registered and it may be punishable as per UGC norms.
  • All the students admitted to various courses must abide by the rules and regulations of the State Government, Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya, Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society and the College.
  • Notice boards as well as the college website display important information for the benefit of the students and so they should not be ignored at any cost. The students are directed to attend to the notices displayed on the Notice boards immediately and to comply with the directions thereon.
  • Parents are advised to be in contact with teacher mentor and make themselves available for Annual Parent-teacher meet.
  • Enrollment form must be filled online by all the students of 1st year/ semester. Before 31st October and submit the copy of the same with office, otherwise their enrollment number will not be issued.
  • A student found guilty of damaging the property of the college, equipment, furniture and vehicles parked in the campus will have to pay heavy fine.
  • No student is supposed to loiter in the corridors of the college and to disturb the classes. If she is free and not attending classes, she should make the best use of library or restrict herself to the common room.
  • It is mandatory for all the students to fill and submit the examination form within the stipulated time period as specified by the Examination cell, so as to enable her to appear in the examinations.
  • The Transfer Certificate (TC) for completion of the Programme is issued only to those
  • students who appear for the Final Examinations in all subjects and are declared successful and at the same time all the dues to the Institute have been paid, and Library books returned

Rules for eligibility for Final examinations

  • Every Student must attend her online/offline classes regularly. According to the rules for attendance prescribed by the University only those students who have attended 75% of the lectures in theory and practicals separately, delivered to her class in each subject offered by her will only be eligible to appear for the examinations.
  • It is compulsory for all the students to appear for internal assessment(UG) and CCE(PG) in an academic session. Any student who fails for these exams will not qualify for the final exams.

Examination Pattern/Policy

  • Students who have attended 75% of the classes will be eligible to take the Examinations.
  • It is compulsory for all the students to appear in Internal assessment/CCE as well as complete the projects since the marks are recorded in the Annual exam/ Semester end exam mark sheet. A student absent /failing in the Internal assessment/CCE shall be treated as Supplementary/ATKT candidate.
  • Under Semester system (PG Programmes) : Students with ATKT in two papers can proceed to the next semester.
  • Under Annual pattern (UG Programmes) : Students with Supplementary will have to appear in Supplementary examination for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of that Subject. Which would be conducted within two months of result declaration. Students would be given two attempts to clear supplementary.
  • Students with supplementary in more than one subject, will be treated fail.
