The syllabus comprises of Indian & American literature, poetry, fiction, drama and Prose etc along with project and internship in the IV semester.
On completion of this course a student can pursue a career as a teacher, editor, reporter, correspondent, radio jockey and as an anchor as well.

Economics is one of the evergreen subject always in demand because of its high utility in the job markets. Because of the rapidly globalizing economic scenario there is a constant need of an economist.
The compulsory papers taught are Advanced Economic Analysis, Macro Economics, Public Economics, Quantitative Techniques, Monetary Economics and Banking, Research Methods and statistical inference, Indian and International economics, India’s Foreign Trade and International Institutions, etc. Optional specialization papers are Labour Economics, Industrial Economics, Agriculture Economics & Demography.
After completing the studies an Economists work as consultants, public policy analysts, financial managers, health insurance analysts, Consultant, Budget Analyst, Market Researcher, Data Scientist, Statistician etc.
