Functions   

• Prepare the institution for accreditation processes by ensuring compliance with NAAC standards and guidelines. 
• Formulate and apply relevant quality benchmarks and parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the institution.   
• Facilitate the timely preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) based on the criteria and key indicators specified by NAAC. 
• Initiate, coordinate, and monitor quality enhancement measures to improve the overall performance of the institution. 
• Organize workshops, seminars, and training programs to promote awareness and understanding of quality parameters among faculty, staff, and students. 
• Facilitate academic and administrative audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and compliance with established norms. 
• Promote a research culture within the institution, encouraging faculty and students to engage in quality research and development activities. 
• Provide support and guidance for the implementation of institution-wide quality initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the institutional vision and mission. 
• Document and disseminate best practices within the institution to promote a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from stakeholders and analyze the data to identify areas for improvement. 

Meetings and Activities
