The Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society, one of the most esteemed educational organizations in Jabalpur as well as the neighboring districts of Mahakaushal, Vindhyanchal, and Bundelkhand, is in charge of Mata Gujri Mahila Mahavidyalaya (Autonomous).
Established in 1974, GGSES obtained registration under the M.P. Societies Act in 1984 (Registration No. 13529). The Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society established seven schools over time, offering instruction in both Hindi and English.
Following the amalgamation of schools, the Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society took on the urgent task of offering girls in Jabalpur and the surrounding territories access to higher education. This served as the inspiration for Mata Gujri Mahila Mahavidyalaya, an all-girls college founded in 1994. Approximately 2.5 lakh kids have received education to date from different social businesses.
The Guru Ramdas Khalsa Institute of Science & Technology (MCA), founded in 1999 by the Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society, was the first technical private institution in the states of Mahakaushal, Vidyanchal, and Bundelkhand in addition to Jabalpur. The Guru Ramdas Khalsa Institute of Pharmacy was established by the Society in 2002. It was the first private pharmacy college in Jabalpur, Mahakaushal, Vindyanchal, and Bundelkhand.
