3. B.Sc. III year students of Biochemistry Department were taken to Dumna Nature Reserve, Jabalpur for educational studies on 23rd March 2023. In their syllabus topics related to Environmental studies of soil and water is there therefore they took water and soil samples for isolating and enumerating bacteria present in these samples.

4. Department of Biochemistry organized an invited lecture on “Low Cost Balanced Diet” on 16th October 2023 at 12:00-noon.This lecture was given by Assistant Professor Dr Manka Mishra , Deptt. Of  Zoology, NES College, Jabalpur.

5. Deptt. Of Biochemistry organized a State Level Workshop on Soap and Liquid Detergent Preparation from 20th Nov-25th Nov -2023in hybrid mode. In the above workshop 46 students participated out of which 16 participants were from various colleges of MP state. The workshop was organized under the head Skill Development and Earn while you learn.

6. Department of Biochemistry organized a training program on IPR on 20th January 2024 at 12:00-noon.This lecture was given by Assistant Chemist (Scientist C) Dr. Priyanka Agrawal, Directorate of Geology and Mining , Regional office  Jabalpur. This training program comes under the category of NIPAM (National IP Awareness Mission) organized by Intellectual Property Office, India. The training was organized in hybrid mode (Offline & Online) so that maximum number of teachers and students get benefitted from this training. 

 

Dr. Abha Bajpai and Mrs. Namrata Sharma were coordinators of this training program.
